BUILDING PROCESS

Immerse yourself into your brand new pool

PHASE 1:

Unparallel Design

Our customer journey begins with a discovery call, during which we will examine your property survey. Our dedicated design team will ensure that every detail and desired water features you envision in your upcoming pool project are carefully noted. Shortly after, the team will arrange an onsite meeting with the homeowner to showcase the proposed pool design. Together, we will assess key elements of the project, such as optimal positioning of pool features and equipment.

Engineering & Permitting

Once we’ve met your design expectations and obtained your final approval on the project’s scope, chosen materials and features, our design team shifts gears to the next phase. We will initiate the documentation process, forwarding all comprehensive details of the project to our trusted engineering partner. This part is pivotal as they will ensure our design aligns with county regulations, ensuring a flawless execution of the permitting process.

PHASE 2:

Excavation & Forming

In full compliance with local regulations and safety protocols, our team will excavate the site for your future pool. Once completed, our skilled crew will place wooden frames around the developing shell of the inground pool structure. Please do not be concerned if you notice residual soil, it is deliberately retained for use in the subsequent refill phase, a standard and essential step in the pool construction process.

Reinforcing Bars & Inspection

This process starts with the strategic placement of a network of reinforcing bars (rebars) within the excavated area of your future inground swimming pool. The rebars will be positioned in accordance with our engineers’ specifications, which carefully accounts for factors such as pool dimension, shape, proximity to bodies of water, soil type and overall intended usage. This reinforcement grid will serve as a robust foundation for the subsequent application of sprayed concrete. Following the steel rebar installation, an inspector will review the job site ,while assessing the pool plans to ensure compliance with all applicable codes.

Shotcrete  Or  Gunnite

Up to now, all we’ve had has been a hollow pool structure. Now. It's time for the biggest change. The pool will finally become a solid concrete shell. This stage of the project is loud, as we shoot concrete mix at over 4,000 psi.
After the crew finishes carving out the details of the pool, we will let the structure cure. The next seven days are crucial, and for that reason you will have a team member stop by to spray water. This will ensure optimal curing for the gunite, guaranteeing a solid and enduring foundation for your pool.

Plumbing  &  Inspection

This step is arguably the most important in the overall process of building an inground swimming pool. It is basically the arteries of the pool, and for that precise reason, we pressure test them, ensuring the pressure is up to code. We will be digging trenches around the pool to lay the pipes that will run from the shell all the way to the pool equipment.

PHASE 3:

Tile & Coping

We begin to incorporate the materials and finishes you had previously selected during the design phase. Our crew will meticulously place each tile sheet, ensuring a proper waterline, and cope throughout the perimeter of the pool. This process demands precision, demonstrating the true craftsmanship of our crew members as every detail is carefully executed by hand.

Decking

Upon completion, you will be able to finally walk around your backyard without bringing dirt back into your house. We will start by grading and compacting the soil, this will create a sturdy and leveled out foundation. We will proceed by installing deck drains and wrap it all up by laying the pavers you had selected. This will not only bring your envisioned outdoor space to life but it will enhance both the aesthetic and functional aspect of the pool area.

Electrical Connection

Once the pool equipment has been properly plumbed and secured to the equipment pad, we will proceed with the installation of an electrical panel to power all the pool equipment. Our team will ensure that both high and low-voltage connections are carefully managed for optimal performance, safety and in compliance to code.

Pool Plaster & Fill Up

This final step unfolds over a two day process. On the first day, we will have the crew stop by make sure there no debris left on the pool surface. Once completed, all hands-on deck as the personnel will begin by applying plaster all over the pool shell. We will finalize the day by brushing thoroughly all the walls and floors of the pool making sure all the shinny pebbles come to life. On the second day, we are ready to fill it up with water. Once water reaches ideal level, we will let the plaster cure and just like in the first day we will continue brushing all walls and floors of the pool.

Time To Enjoy Your Brand New Pool!

During the initial 30 days of your pool being in full operation, our service team will conduct weekly visits. These visits will include equipment inspection, chemical balancing, and brushing of both pool walls and floor.

For our fourth and final visit, we will coordinate with the homeowner to schedule a convenient time for a detailed walkthrough. This run down will cover all features of your pool, ensuring that you become acquainted with the functionality and maintenance components.
